HOW DO WE HAVE RECORDINGS AND SCREENSHOTS MADE? WHAT HAPPENS WITH THESE?

If necessary, the virtual event will be recorded and screenshots will be created. These are to be published for advertising purposes on the Internet pages and in newsletters and other media. With your consent, you consent to this processing of the recorded data. If you do not want video calls from you (your video image and sound during a word message) to be visible to everyone, please turn off the video function in the live webinar right at the beginning. Furthermore, if you do not want your recording (in your personal speech) to be audible to everyone, turn your microphone on silent in the function that is also visible right next to your name and use only the chat function. If you do not want the visibility of your name in the chat area, you can change it using an equally visible function. Recordings of online meetings or webinars and other events are usually not created in the cloud, but on the local computer. They may be hosted from there to a video platform. The data protection regulations for the video platform can be found in our data protection declaration.

You give your consent either in response to the invitation to this event or by entering the virtual venue. If you are attending the event with persons who have not yet reached the age of eighteen, please ensure that the legal representatives have given their consent. You may revoke your consent at any time, with effect for the future, insofar as it is compatible with the principles of good faith. This is done by sending an informal message to the above-mentioned Contact channels ("Who we are").

ARE WE OBLIGED TO COLLECT THESE DATA? WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DO NOT COLLECT THESE DATA?

These external bodies assess the projects according to criteria stipulated in advance and return their assessments to us.
