HOW DO WE HAVE PHOTOGRAPHS MADE? WHAT HAPPENS WITH THESE?

We have photos taken and film recordings made at the event. We will use these photos and recordings for advertising purposes and in particular distribute these via our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and through press releases and flyers. The legal basis is Article 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, consequently your consent. You either grant this consent with the reaction to the invitation to this event, by your signature at the entrance, by entering our event venue, and finally, by the fact that our photographers and camera operators will, as a rule, ask you before photos are taken or filming takes place in which you will be seen. If you enter the event with persons, who have not yet attained the age of 18, you assure that the legal guardians have granted their consent for this purpose. You can revoke the consent – insofar as compatible with the principles of good faith – at all times, with effect for the future. This may be carried out by an informal notification to the aforementioned contact channels (“Who we are”).
